Full Job Description: 

UBNL is looking for 2 highly motivated and organized indivisuals to help out our summer engineering internship program. This is a hands on full time position that needs someone to be passionate about STEM education and mentorship. The coordinators play a key role in shaping the intern experience and helping develop the next generation of engineers. Some day to day responsibilities for this role would be

• Leading and managing techincal workshops 

• Providing mentorship

• oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects 

• develop and maintain a schedule to ensure all interns meet program requirements

• create a collbrative, respectful and enthusiatic lab enviroment

• communicate regularly with interns and staff to ensure smooth internship operations

Qualifications: 

• Background in a STEM field 

• Experience in teaching, mentoring or training in group environments 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Strong time management skills
